Your right to cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you've told us you want to cancel.
How to return an item
- Contact us at [your contact email] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number
- We'll confirm the return address and process
- Return the item unused and in its original packaging where possible
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or damaged items
If your flag arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
Exclusions
This policy does not affect your other statutory rights under UK consumer law.
