Victory Flags didn't start with a business plan. It started with a problem.

When Arsenal lifted the Premier League title, we wanted to be there for the parade — flag in hand, ready to celebrate. Except we couldn't find one anywhere. Every shop was sold out, every website was out of stock. So we made our own.

That was the spark. What began as solving our own problem for one parade quickly turned into something bigger, as we realised we weren't the only fans who'd been let down by empty shelves.

A father and son team, from day one

Victory Flags is a genuine family business — run by a father-and-son duo, with our son taking the title of CEO at just 10 years old. Every decision, big or small, is made together. Social media posts, discount codes, how many flags to order in for the next big match — we talk it through and decide as a team. It's given him a real seat at the table, and given us a business built on something we both care about.

From a garage idea to a growing brand

We started small, listing flags on eBay and Etsy, learning as we went. As demand grew, so did we — and today Victory Flags runs as its own Shopify store, serving fans who want to show their colours with pride, whether that's Arsenal red, England white, or their own club's badge.

It's been a fast, exciting ride, and one we've genuinely loved every step of the way. We're proud that what started as one dad and son trying to find a flag for a parade has grown into a business built on passion, teamwork, and a love of the game.
